It is the responsibility of consignee to count, inspect the merchandise and note in writing any shortage or damage to the freight on this straight bill of lading at the time of delivery. If no shortage or damage noted, merchandise is deemed satisfactory as a clear bill.

This straight bill of lading’s liability is automatically covering for a maximum up to $50.00 per shipment, against damages or loss occurred, unless actual value is declared.
